CSR Verification Specialist (0326)

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Attendance is mandatory for the entirety of the training period. CANNOT MISS ANY TIME DURING TRAINING
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
- Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic customer service over the phone.
- Accurately direct phone calls to the appropriate staff and escalate trends or issues to supervisors as needed.
- Maintain compliance with onsite technical and operational requirements, ensuring seamless communication and task completion.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be technically savvy, with the ability to independently operate a computer and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- This is an onsite position; candidates must report to the designated location daily.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent adaptability and technical capability to meet the demands of the role.
