Requirements

Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist (3-5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and dental terminology
Ability to perform dental scaling, prophylaxis, and patient assessments involving vital signs
Experience managing patient records and using medical or dental software systems
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
Skills in infection prevention and control within a healthcare setting
Ability to provide effective patient education and counseling

Job Description

Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy to improve patient oral health
Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages
Maintain strict infection control protocols and apply aseptic techniques
Utilize dental terminology to communicate treatment options effectively
Review clinical documentation and medical records to ensure HIPAA compliance

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
