We are looking for an exceptional luxury sales professional who can sell, lead, organize and own the floor.

This is not a back-office management position. You will work alongside and support our Sales Director, helping lead the sales floor while actively selling and developing your own book of business.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually while building a long-term career with one of America's leading independent luxury jewelers.

The Opportunity

Your defining gift is floor awareness. You feel the whole room, all the time.

You notice the guest who has not been greeted. The client waiting a moment too long. The presentation that would be stronger with another specialist involved. The teammate who needs help. The follow-up about to slip.

And you act before anyone has to ask.

You will work alongside our Sales Director to help lead the sales floor while actively selling and developing your own book of business.

This is a floor job, with the team and with our clients. It is not an office job.

What You Will Do

Own the room. Every guest welcomed like they are walking into our home. Every client attended to. Every opportunity seen. You anticipate needs rather than react to them. You carry a quiet security mindset, always aware of the people, the product and the floor, protecting our guests and our team without ever making anyone feel watched.

Lead by example. Leadership here is inspiration, not hierarchy. You are a strong producer yourself, and you make the people around you better. When the showroom gets busy, you become calmer and more useful.

Sell and build relationships. You will develop clients who trust you with their tastes, milestones, families and wish lists. Our best people become trusted advisors, not just salespeople.

Open and close with precision. The first hour and last hour of each day belong to the details. Paperwork complete. Transactions accurate. Follow-ups logged. Nothing left open. During selling hours, the floor has your full attention.

Champion our clienteling culture. We have invested heavily in CRM, business intelligence and AI because our client relationships are our greatest opportunity. You bring the discipline that makes those tools work: notes, wish lists, appointments and follow-through, so nothing gets lost.
