Maintenance Director

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | On call for after-hours emergencies | Weekend Rotations

• Perform all daily maintenance tasks directly, including preventative maintenance, routine repairs, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep
• Independently provide long-term facility improvement with hands-on maintenance support across the facility
• Ensure compliance with all safety codes, state regulations, and company policies
• Maintain and monitor all building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems, and grounds
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and contribute to long-term facility improvement and renovation planning

• Experience with TELS system and regulations preferred
• Senior living background preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting experience 
• Physical ability to perform manual work
• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED
