Project Manager - CasperPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Casper to lead commercial and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The successful candidate will coordinate architectural and construction teams, manage schedules and budgets, maintain client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This role requires strong construction and architectural knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of project delivery including preconstruction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction administration, and closeout.Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets; proactively identify and mitigate risks to cost and timeline.Serve as primary client contact; build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and timely issue resolution.Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and construction quality are met.Review and manage contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to maintain compliance and control project scope.Oversee on-site construction activities and perform regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, quality, and adherence to specifications.Manage project reporting and forecasting; prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries for stakeholders.Facilitate coordination of BIM/modeling efforts and ensure effective information flow between design and construction teams.Ensure projects comply with building codes, local regulations, and company quality and safety standards.Mentor and lead project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects with direct exposure to architectural processes and design coordination (required).Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and contractor/subcontractor management in the Casper/Wyoming region preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and project management.PMP, CCM, or other project management certifications and construction safety credentials (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.Nice-to-have technical skills: experience with Revit, Bluebeam, BSD SpecLink, and Deltek Vision is highly beneficial but not required.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and at high quality.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matching contributionPaid vacation, sick time, and holidaysCompany vehicle, fuel card, and technology toolsOngoing training, leadership development, and advancement opportunitiesLife and disability insurancePerformance-based bonus potential
