Member Experience Lead - Welcome Center

The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking a Welcome Center Supervisor to support a high-quality YMCA user experience. This role involves training, managing, and scheduling the Member Experience Team while providing assistance to YMCA members and guests. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and experience in administration and supervision.
