Job Description
Registered Nurse - Procedural/Endoscopy

Schedule

8-hour shifts, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with varying days off. On-call required for weeknights, weekends, and holidays, approximately 4-6 shifts per month.

Assignment Details

8-week contract.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• Must have a nursing license in hand at the time of submission.
• Candidates must be located more than 75 miles from the facility.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV insertion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide necessary care during procedures.
• Administer conscious sedation and manage airway during procedures.
• Perform EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, and EBUS procedures as required.
• Handle specimens and recognize dysrhythmias effectively.
• Start and maintain IVs as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes.
