Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Optional 10-hour shifts
Setting: 100% Outpatient
Call Requirement: None
Salary: $228,000 – $350,000 annually

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within a structured and well-supported clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care for adult and family patient populations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, including annual physicals, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings
• Manage an average patient volume of 23–25 patients per day
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality patient care

Compensation

• Competitive salary: $228,000 – $350,000 annually
