About the Role
As a Customer Success Coordinator , youll help new participants get started, understand what to expect, and feel supported at every step. Youll run brief onboarding calls, gather required information, document outcomes, and ensure each person progresses through our process efficiently.
If you enjoy guiding people, building rapport quickly, and keeping workflows organized, this role will fit you well.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead short onboarding and qualification calls with incoming participants
- Document notes, next steps, and required follow-ups precisely
- Use scripts and structured guidelines to ensure a consistent experience
- Manage scheduling and participant progress across weekly workflows
- Identify situations that require escalation or clarification
- Coordinate closely with internal teams for smooth transitions
Requirements
- Friendly, clear communicator who builds trust quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Dependable and proactive in managing follow-ups
- Comfortable following defined processes and documenting accurately
- Calm and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Availability for 3040 hours per week
- U.S. work authorization required
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer success, onboarding, recruiting, or client-facing roles
- Comfort with scheduling tools, CRMs, or ATS systems
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth teams
