As our Field Service Manager, you'll lead a 2-person team on residential and commercial power washing jobs, own the customer experience, and be first in line for a Location Manager or Sales Leader role as we grow. Rolling Suds has 30+ years of industry experience and equips its teams with professional-grade equipment that cleans 3–4× faster than the competition. You'll come in with a real edge. What You'll Do Lead a 2-person crew on power washing and window cleaning jobs Serve residential and commercial clients — up to 5 stories, ground-based equipment Own client communication before, during, and after every job Identify and upsell service add-ons (driveways, decks, roof wash, and more) Manage site setup, safety, equipment, and daily workflow Train and mentor your second crew member Compensation & Schedule Starting at $25/hr based on experience Weekly pay Overtime available (50–60 hours during busy season at 1.5×) Performance bonuses Guaranteed annual raise of at least $1/hr Additional seasonal raise minimum (Feb/March) Schedule: Full-time or part-time available. Primarily weekdays with occasional weekends. Minimum 2 days off per week guaranteed.
