FINN's Travel Group is looking for an Enterprise Operations Manager to join their fast paced team. The Enterprise Operations Manager is an experienced PR/marketing agency executive who can effectively supervise business functions in support of the business unit and its senior team leaders. This mandates an understanding of client/account services, personnel management and financial/growth strategies. We are looking for an individual with 5-7 years of related business experience, who has a keen financial acumen and is adept at supporting senior leaders in areas such as profitability, new business outreach and development, communications, marketing, and talent acquisition.

The Enterprise Operations Manager is effective in a dynamic, service-orientated, and values-driven culture. They can build a strong internal rapport and work independently and comfortably under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities across several offices.

The Enterprise Operations Manager will need to understand and utilize NetSuite, Dayforce and other systematized processes within the business unit. S/he will assist in managing the new business pipeline and database of new business materials, along with ensuring teams are adequately and fully staffed in a timely manner via proactive recruiting efforts. The Enterprise Operations Manager will report to the Managing Partner of the business unit and work closely with the account leaders (VPs/Partners/Senior Partners).

Primary job responsibilities include:

Client/Account Services

• Provide support to and meet with business unit account leaders to review and suggest solutions for staff issues, including account/client health and needs; service levels and profitability; staff/team health and needs; and, client contracts/scopes of work.
• Facilitate timely and effective team/management communication to ensure workflow and workforce efficiency.

Personnel

• Proactively identify prospective talent by using LinkedIn and industry events; liaise with HR to ensure the business unit has a timely and robust talent pool.
• Ensure that business unit managers conduct employees' performance reviews on-time
• Support managers with onboarding new hires and staff exits/transitions.
• Maintain and update job descriptions.
• Coordinate employee trainings with HR.
• Help reinforce staff morale by suggesting ideas for surprise & delight, shout-outs, internal awards, birthdays, and anniversaries.

Finance/New Business

• Maintain the new business pipeline tracking system and provide clear communication with the business unit's Managing Partner about fee/salary ratio and projected growth and/or revenue adjustments.
• Attend internal new business meetings as needed. Filter incoming new business requests; bring to appropriate executive for discussion.
• Support the creation of new business materials. Strong working knowledge of graphic design platforms/tools is preferred.
• Ensure that business unit's managers and senior leaders are accurately utilizing internal resources for new business pitches including research, integrated marketing, design, and other practice area expertise.

Marketing

• Help drive a proactive marketing communications program (newsletter, social, events, awards, webinars, etc.) for business unit visibility.
• Manage the business unit's content calendar and content creation for external marketing purposes.
• Work with senior team leads and the agency's marketing department to ensure competitive differences within the practice are clearly communicated.
• Manage the industry conference schedule.
• Manage the business unit's submissions to internal award program.
• Ensure the business unit's capabilities presentation, client list and presentations are consistent and up to date.
• Work with the agency's marketing department to ensure the business unit's social channels are managed, analyzed, and optimized.
• Monitor the competitive agency landscape; attending industry events to stay informed of trends; new initiatives and growth opportunities.

General Support

• Drive effective internal business unit communications (wins, new hires, group news).
• Organize and schedule all business unit staff meetings with support from the Executive Assistant.

The Enterprise Operations Manager role is based in New York City with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.

Compensation is based on experience and depending upon workplace location.

Anticipated Salary: $110,000 – $125,000
