B Level Technician – Victorville Job Location: Victorville, CA 92395. Salary Range: $26.00 – $28.00 hourly (Commission optional and determined by skillset & experience). Job Type: Full-time. Shop Hours: Tuesday through Sunday 9:00am – 6:00pm (closed on Mondays). Responsibilities Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft sold at the dealership. Perform complete diagnostics on incoming service products. Complete repair orders efficiently and within scheduled time. Train, mentor, and transfer skills to other technicians. Meet deadlines and produce work in a productive, profitable manner. Maintain positive relationships with Del Amo employees and customers. Abide by and comply with all dealership policies and compliances. Requirements & Skills Minimum of 5 years as a powersports technician. Valid M1 license with a clean driving record. Technical and/or mechanical abilities. Familiarity with product lines sold at the dealership. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays.
