Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Lawn Care Crew Member to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, weed whip, and remove debris from properties
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow job plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members
- Assist with snow removal operations during the winter
Qualifications:
- Landscape, lawn care, or equipment experience preferred — training available for the right candidate
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel and perform physical labor
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Dependable and able to work well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold. Some weekends may be required.
