End User Support Specialist

Position Overview
A global trading firm is looking for an End User Support Engineer to provide high-touch technical support to traders, executives, and research staff. You'll handle hands-on troubleshooting across desktops, mobile, AV, and market data, while improving the systems and processes behind them.

Key Responsibilities
- Support users across Windows, macOS, and iOS, resolving hardware, software, network, and market data issues quickly
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and account administration
- Support AV and conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Cisco)
- Configure and manage mobile devices through Intune or similar tools
- Support VDI environments for secure remote access
- Track and resolve requests in an ITSM platform and maintain the knowledge base
- Find opportunities to automate and streamline support workflows
- Take part in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
- 2- 4 years of IT support experience in financial services
- Onsite in New York City, five days a week
- Available for after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and Office 365 in an enterprise environment xhyhwjd
- Knowledge of identity and access management, user management, and security groups
- Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, and packaging
- Solid networking basics (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Working knowledge of AV and conferencing setups
- Comfortable supporting traders, executives, and analysts directly with a polished, professional approach
