Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Retirement Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families explore senior living options. In this resident-first role, you will build trusted relationships, understand each prospect’s lifestyle and care needs, and guide them through community tours, service information, and the decision-making process. Collaborate with community teams to provide thoughtful follow-up and a welcoming experience from first inquiry through move-in. Ideal candidates bring customer-facing sales experience, strong communication and organization skills, and a genuine commitment to compassionate service.
