Inventory Supervisor

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or \nrelated field preferred. \n• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. \n• 5+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience. \n• 2+ years of leadership experience within a distribution environment. \n• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); NetSuite experience preferred. \n• Experience leading physical inventory and cycle count programs. \n• Strong understanding of inventory transactions and warehouse processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, nutraceutical, or distribution industries preferred. \n• Experience with lot-controlled and expiration-date-managed inventory preferred.

Job Description

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for leading all inventory control functions within the Rancho Dominguez Distribution Center. This position ensures inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, warehouse location accuracy, and compliance with inventory management processes that support operational excellence and financial accuracy. \n\nThe Inventory Supervisor leads the execution of inventory governance programs, including cycle counting, physical inventory preparation, inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and inventory process improvements. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Procurement, Transportation, Planning, and Information Systems to ensure inventory accuracy throughout the distribution center. \n\nThe Inventory Supervisor serves as the subject matter expert for inventory management and plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity across all warehouse operations. This position also supervises Inventory Control Specialists and Inventory Associates, providing coaching, training, performance management, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
