Outpatient Group Facilitator — Therapy & Crisis Support
Discovery Behavioral Health
Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking a Group Facilitator for the Tacoma, WA location to support PHP & IOP outpatient programs. You will facilitate groups, perform crisis de-escalation as needed, and communicate with the treatment team to ensure coordinated care. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree (Masters in progress preferred), knowledge of ethics and confidentiality laws, and a valid California driver license if traveling between facilities.
