As an Insurance Agent, you’ll engage directly with credit union members—guiding conversations, uncovering needs in real time, and confidently moving prospects toward a decision. This is not a passive sales role. It’s for someone who: Takes control of conversations Moves quickly from rapport to close And knows how to turn opportunities into results What’s In It for You $55,000 starting base salary, increasing to $60,000 after 4 months and $65,000 after 8 months of active employment.
