Biostatistics Executive Director - Strategy & Leadership

Xencor, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of Biostatistics to oversee statistical activities for clinical programs in Oncology and Autoimmune diseases. The role requires strategic leadership, management of vendor relationships, and development of a high-performing team.
