An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a hospital setting in Boston, MA. This role requires a licensed pharmacist ready to take on inpatient pharmacy responsibilities in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing and distributing medications for inpatient care
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Monitoring patient medication therapies and adjusting as necessary
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting hospital pharmacy operations and compliance requirements

Desired qualifications:

• Massachusetts Pharmacist license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is ideal
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
