RESTAURANT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead a team, oversee daily operations, manage events, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Areas of Ownership

• Spearheading the reopening of the newly renovated restaurant: plan, build, and direct the FOH operations for launch
• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including compliance with health codes, food cost management, vendor/supplier contracts, budget, and inventory, as well as overseeing staff and managing guest experience to We Are Human Kind standards

Qualifications (Includes equipment knowledge/use)

• 2-3 years as a Restaurant Manager
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to interpret a profit and loss statement
• Must possess a Food Handler Safety Training Card
• Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware up to 50 lbs
• Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time
