JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Create designs of basic to moderate complexity from reference parts/assemblies in Creo 3D modeling software
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product
• Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with different teams
• Prepare and present design reviews
• Conduct system readiness summaries
• Provide guidance to machine configuration for testing/validation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is overqualified
• 5+ years of industry experience

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Must have design experience with Creo
• Hands on mechanical experience and/or farming background
• Heavy Equipment/mining industry experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 93,600 USD per year (Peoria, IL)
