Busser

The Role:

The Busser will be responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience throughout Sartianos.

The Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant before guests are seated
• Set tables with necessary napkins, linens and glassware
• Polishing glassware and silverware
• Restock utensils, napkin glassware and other dining room needs
• Communicate with server
• Removes dirty glassware, flat-ware and plate-ware when needed
• Clean and reset tables
• Maintain health and safety standards in back of house and and dining areas
• Inform management and waitstaff about guests' feedback or requests
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications :

• Must have a minimum 1-year experience.
• Passion for food and beverage operations
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all tines
• Must be well groomed and adhere to the Sartianos uniform requirements
• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartianos, their programming, and peak times
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
