Site Manager

Location: Westminster Salary: £300.00- £350.00 per Day Contract: Long Term Contract Type: Full Time This morning I have been tasked with finding a Site Manager to assisting with the internal works on a large refurbishment on a healthcare project in Central London. The project is valued at £65 and consists of 8 floors, currently being stripped out and modifying structurally. We need someone to come onto the project within 4 weeks to get up to speed and deliver the fit out for 1 or 2 floors. Requirements for Site Manager SMSTS CSCS First Aid at Work Field view experience Healthcare experience is a MUST MEP interface Responsibilities for the Site Manager Attending and contributing in contractor pre start meetings. Attending and contributing in design team meetings. Chairing weekly sub-contractor progress meetings, taking and issuing meeting minutes. Attending safe starts. Approving RAMS. Attending DABS and contributing to the meeting, discussing coordination with other trades. If necessary taking the meeting, issuing the DABS report to all other team members. Identifying potential problems, but offering buildability solutions. Someone who is tech savvy. Someone who can engage with the supply chain and other team members.
