Weekend Receptionist

Schedule Saturday 8a-8p, Sunday 1p-8p Northbrook Health and Rehab is a compassionate and community-focused skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is detail-oriented, and can manage a busy front desk with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry Maintain visitor logs and follow facility protocols Provide general information and support to residents’ families and guests Assist other departments with clerical support as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with phones and basic office equipment Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays Why Join Northbrook?
