Brand Strategy Director

Location: Dallas, TX /Hybrid Type: Full-Time Our client, a leading, full-service media and marketing organization is seeking a Brand Strategy Director to lead strategic thinking, brand development, and growth across key client accounts. This is an opportunity for an experienced agency strategist who understands how culture, consumer behavior, and business objectives come together to create meaningful brands. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of agency experience in brand strategy, brand planning, or account planning, along with a strong understanding of multicultural advertising and the Hispanic consumer. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. What You'll Do Lead brand strategy and help drive growth across client accounts, including brand, business, and scope objectives Own and guide the brand development process from research and insights through strategic recommendations Lead and mentor a team of strategists across consumer research, POV development, creative strategy, and brand building Partner closely with brand leadership, creative, media, analytics, and subject matter experts to develop and execute integrated strategies Develop compelling strategic narratives and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders Contribute to new business efforts, including strategy development and presentations Help shape thought leadership, insights, and strategic perspectives within the brand strategy discipline Mentor and develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and feedback What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment focused on brand strategy, brand planning, or account planning Strong experience with multicultural advertising and a demonstrated understanding of Hispanic consumers and culture Fluency in English and Spanish A strategic thinker who is comfortable challenging conventional thinking and bringing a thoughtful point of view Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding different cultures, perspectives, experiences, and communities A proven track record of developing insightful, effective brand strategies Excellent presentation and storytelling skills Strong knowledge of primary research methodologies, including focus group moderation Ability to analyze data and translate research and analytics into clear strategic insights Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple clients and initiatives Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Professional, confident communication skills with both internal teams and clients Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to contribute effectively within an integrated agency environment Resourceful problem solver who can navigate challenges and find practical solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr ad+one
