Aerospace, Defense, Space (ADS) Key Account Manager
$850 per monthLittelfuse, Inc.
Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Drive multi‑technology demand creation of NBOs promoting the entire portfolio. Align with global teams to convert NBOs into revenue. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Provide insight on new products needed by key customer segment. Collaborate with internal teams and counterparts globally to ensure share capture and seamless delivery of products and services worldwide. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in key account management within the Aerospace, Defense, Space (ADS) industry for North America. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
