You will help grow our Santa Fe agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your efforts improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant State Farm Insurance products and services. Responsibilities: Provide clear information about State Farm Insurance products, focusing on life insurance first, then auto and home/renters insurance. Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and endorsements. Conduct needs-based interviews in the agent’s office to tailor coverage. Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions. Support the agent’s marketing efforts to grow the agency. Ensure quality service to all State Farm policyholders. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
