PIM Specialist# PIM SpecialistASSA ABLOY is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of our mature Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. The PIM Specialist plays a pivotal role in maximizing and enhancing the overall product experience through the enrichment and cleaning of product data. You will be responsible for overseeing the organization, accuracy, completeness of product information across various platforms to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive business growth. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:* Maintain and manage the Agility PIM and Oracle DAM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.* Oversee the day-to-day operations of these systems, including data entry, loading assets, updates, and quality control.* Research and analyses audit trails if questions arise pertaining to data errors.* Support data requests from customers and other stakeholders.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering for New Product Launches.* Maintain processes for product data management, ensuring data integrity and consistency.* Work with Marketing Technology Strategist to document and maintain workflows.* Monitor and manage established integrations with other systems such as DAM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.* Assist in the ongoing optimization and enhancement of the PIM system to meet evolving business needs.Individuals who need reasonable accommodations to enable them to perform these essential functions should discuss their needs with Human Resources. EMS will provide reasonable accommodations to such individuals unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on EMS or the individual is a direct threat.**Supervisory Responsibilities**None**QUALIFICATIONS**The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.**Education and/or Experience**:* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.* Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a Product Database such as PIM, DAM, or ERP utilizing taxonomies, attributes, metatagging and standardization of data.* Experience in Manufacturing and working with Agility PIM is desirable.* Strong understanding of product data management principles and best practices.* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.**Computer Skills*** Proficiency in MS Office**Language Ability*** For business and safety reasons, ability to write reports and business correspondence in English and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, technicians, and assemblers in English.**Quality Commitment*** Assist the organization with establishing practices that align with ISO requirements.**Other Skills*** Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**Physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.While performing the functions of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop and kneel; use hands, reach with hands and arms; communicate clearly and effectively. The employee may also be required to work near moving mechanical parts.The work for this position will be performed onsite, Monday through Friday, in our Phoenix, Arizona office.The annualized salary for this role is $71,502 – $90,589.
