Job Summary The BottenLab ( within the Center for Children and Families at FIU is looking to hire a part-time lab manager to join our team. This individual will coordinate the lab's grant-funded studies, including participant recruitment and scheduling, managing IRB amendments, supporting data management efforts, and drafting and revising study protocols. The role will be additionally responsible for managing administrative tasks in the lab, which may include managing lab social media presence, onboarding new lab members, and communicating with relevant university centres/departments for schedule and resource management. This individual will prepare agreement requests, forms, and reports for research studies, as well as travel requests and expense reports. Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma with three (3) years of experience or two (2) years of post-secondary education with one (1) year of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
