Legal Assistant/Litigation Paralegal

In this position, you’ll play a critical role in supporting this legal team by providing hands-on support throughout the office, including administrative support and the lifecycle of litigated matters. From managing discovery, electronic filing, calendars, exhibits, and research to coordinating witnesses to handling last-minute filings and courtroom logistics, you’ll be an essential part of an all-hands-on-deck team that requires on-site availability in Nashville, TN. Basic Requirements For Litigation Paralegal Minimum of 5 years of experience with both Paralegal and Legal Assistant duties. Proven experience supporting attorneys throughout the commercial litigation lifecycle, including trial preparation and in-trial execution, and managing exhibits, witness materials, and courtroom logistics for complex litigation matters. Ability to commit to an intensive workload. Demonstrated skill in case management and organization under pressure, with the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced, “all-hands-on-deck” environments. Proficiency with trial technology and litigation tools (e.g., e-discovery platforms, exhibit databases, presentation software used in court). Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities and adapt quickly to evolving trial needs. Position Details Of The Litigation Paralegal Type of role: Permanent Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week Location: Onsite in Nashville, TN Compensation Pay: The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
