OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in New Castle, DE by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Join HMD to operate nationwide OTR dry van freight out of New Castle, DE. Drivers earn starting pay of 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and access to bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What you'll do:
- Run solo long-haul dry van routes, secure and protect cargo, and meet delivery windows.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain trip records.
- Stay in contact with dispatch for efficient routing.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience; professional, safety-first attitude.
