Manager, Congress and Events Marketing (Boca Raton, FL) Position: Manager of Congress and Events Marketing Position Summary This role leads the planning and execution of ADMA’s presence at congresses, internal events, and related marketing initiatives. The holder manages project leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, vendor management, and operational execution to support external congress activities and internal corporate events. The candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while driving projects from concept through completion. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Lead congress strategy, planning and execution of approximately 50 regional and national congresses annually, ensuring alignment with ADMA’s commercial and medical objectives. Own congress and event execution from planning through completion, including communication with compliance, timeline coordination, vendor management, sponsorships, attendee management, and on‑site support. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, and National Accounts/Market Access to determine event priorities, attendee participation, and overall event strategy. Coordinate congress logistics (booth presence, exhibit materials, shipping, registrations, and pre‑/post‑event communication). Manage sponsorship opportunities and exhibitor deliverables and payments to meet deadlines and conference requirements. Work with the warehouse to ensure congress materials are packed and shipped. Plan and execute ADMA internal events (e.g., National Business Meeting, Holiday Party, trainings). Support venue sourcing, vendor management, contract coordination, and negotiation to deliver high‑quality events within budget. Think strategically about event flow, attendee experience, engagement opportunities, and the overall execution. Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and tracking tools for multiple concurrent events. Lead pre‑congress briefings for leadership and internal attendees, including training and best‑practice sessions. Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline event execution and enhance ADMA’s presence across congresses and internal events. Competencies Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and meet deadlines. Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field. 3‑5 years in a congress‑related or event‑management role. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Preferred Experience Compliance with FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities, completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation of sales interactions, data privacy adherence, and proactive participation in compliance reviews.
