Job Details Job Location: The Bradford Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation - SHREVEPORT, LA 71118 Job Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 8 – 12 hour shift Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour. A Day in the Life of a Successful Weekend Supervisor Own weekend cares for our 80+ residents, including several skilled guests. Ensure treatments are provided and care given in accordance with our expectations and state/federal guidelines. Collaborate with therapy and ancillary teams to ensure that each resident’s total regimen of care is maintained. Lead by example in providing compassionate and efficient care, and expect the same from your team. Who You Are You care about serving your residents. This trait must be inherent; we cannot teach it. You have at least two years as a supervising RN in a long-term-care environment. You lead by example and your team follows. RN must have a current RN license.
