We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Treatment/Patient Coordinator to enhance our patient care and office efficiency. As a Treatment/Patient Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between patients and the dental team. Your role is essential in creating a positive and organized patient experience by greeting patients, managing appointments, explaining treatment plans, and supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth office operations. This position requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Title Dental Treatment/Patient Coordinator Job Description Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, offering clear information about treatments and services. Present and explain treatment plans thoughtfully and empathetically, discussing financial options when applicable. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to maintain efficient patient flow. Accurately maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and documentation. Assist with insurance verification and claim processing as needed. Support general office operations through various administrative duties. Salary Range full-time $20 - $28 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Requirements Dentrix Eaglesoft Open Dental Previous experience in dental office administration or treatment coordination preferred. Proficiency with dental software such as Eaglesoft or similar electronic health records. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and empathetically. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferences Knowledge of dental insurance processes and insurance verification. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality policies.
