LPN Schedule (8 Hour Shifts) Part-Time Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Full-Time / Part-Time Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Full-Time / Part-Time Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Every other weekend and every other holiday required. Availability of preferred shifts will be confirmed during the interview process and may change based on staffing needs. Benefits (Eligibility requirements apply) St. Luke Lutheran Community offers a competitive benefits package including: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Company-sponsored Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Voluntary Hospital, Accident, and Critical Illness Plans Perfect Attendance Bonus Employee Referral Bonus Program LPN Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document residents’ health conditions including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans Provide nursing care including wound care, catheter care, and support with daily living activities Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated resident care Educate residents and families about health conditions, treatments, and care plans Ensure care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines Respond to emergencies and provide clinical support when necessary Assist with training and supervision of State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) LPN Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accurate documentation and handle sensitive information confidentially Additional Employment Requirements Candidates must complete: Pre-employment physical BCI fingerprinting background check St. Luke Lutheran Community is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free facility.
