Director of Sales & Marketing

At The Springs of Scottsdale, we are looking for a  dynamic, experienced Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director. At Stellar Senior Living, we refer to this role as  Family Advisors — because that's exactly what they are. When a family walks through our doors, they're not shopping for a product. They're making one of the most emotional, complex decisions of their lives. Your job is to guide them through it with honesty, expertise, and genuine care.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of senior living sales experience  
• Will consider: hospitality management, hotel sales, property management, event sales — if you can build relationships and close with integrity, we want to talk
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
• A track record you're proud of — occupancy numbers, conversion rates, relationships built
• An engaging, warm personality that makes people feel at ease in hard moments
• A genuine love for seniors and the people who care for them

What You'll Get

• Base salary range: $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience

What You'll Own

Sales Leadership

• Set the standard for how we show up for families
• Build and deepen relationships with referral sources, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners
• Guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process — no pressure tactics, ever
• Drive occupancy through relationship-based selling that reflects who we are

Marketing & Community Presence

• Plan and execute events that connect The Springs to the broader Scottsdale community
• Represent Stellar Senior Living as a trusted resource — not just a community, but a partner
