To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Experience documenting complex business processes and translating tribal knowledge into formal requirements Strong Business Analyst skillset bridging operational stakeholders and technical teams Ability to run discovery sessions and extract requirements from non-documented workflows Data fluency (understanding data flow diagrams, integrations, and data quality issues) Experience working with legacy/homegrown systems with minimal documentation Stakeholder management and facilitation across cross-functional teams Experience working under strict delivery deadlines SOX compliance or experience working in controlled financial environments Familiarity with finance systems, journal entries, ERP platforms, and month-end close processes Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, batch processing, file-based data exchange) Background in transportation, hospitality, cruise, or travel operations Experience with scheduling, routing, or resource allocation systems Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or agile delivery environments Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ADA, DOT, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
