Quick Lane Service Advisor

Ziems Ford Corners is seeking a dedicated Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our team in Farmington, NM. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Quick Lane customers, providing exceptional service by efficiently managing their vehicle service needs and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive for Quick Lane services. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests. Provide clear explanations of recommended maintenance and repair services. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Prepare service estimates and handle customer authorization for repairs. Maintain communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional needs. Process service orders, payments, and warranty claims efficiently. Ensure a clean and welcoming Quick Lane environment. Requirements Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus. Proficient with computers and able to learn dealership management software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $1,000.00 to $3,500.00 per month, paid semi-monthly.
