This dynamic role is all about leading the full project life cycle — from concept to completion — while collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution and outstanding results. Essential Job Responsibilities:

As a key player in our project success, you'll take on a variety of impactful responsibilities that ensure each client experience is seamless, professional, and true to the Officeworks standard.

• Lead Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
• Represent Officeworks by Participating in Client Meetings
• Create & Support Timely Project Milestones
• Conduct On-Site Field Measurements
• Be a Brand Ambassador- Conduct yourself in a way that reflects our company values, culture, and commitment to excellence.
• Prepare for Flawless Installations
• Own the Punch List Process
• Track & Resolve Open Issues
• Manage final project wrap-up
• Be Reliable & Present

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Construction/construction process experience

• Knowledge of architectural products portfolio and how it integrates into the construction process.

• PC Skills: Microsoft Windows including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Strong oral, presentation, written & interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in workplace performance concepts/conversation.

• Working knowledge of construction/electrical/technology fields.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years project management experience in an architectural product, construction or furniture environment

with measurable success, preferably with business-to-business exposure.
