Fusion Energy Systems Engineer - R&D Interfaces

Thea Energy is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead cross-disciplinary integration on a cutting-edge fusion energy project. You will manage requirements, interfaces, and verification across mechanical, electrical, and control domains while driving scalable processes. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in systems engineering, strong communication, and a proactive, autonomous work style in a fast-paced environment.
