Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. - Patient population includes CHF, alcohol withdrawal, NSTEMIs, sepsis, dysrhythmias, pneumonia, COPD, Covid, and post-procedure patients including pacemakers, ablations, cath lab, and OHS patients once downgraded from ICU. - Non-titratable cardiac medication drips including Cardizem, Lasix, and Nitro.

Shift & Scheduling: - No call. - May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period. - Schedule varies based on department needs and can include weekends.

Floating Requirements: - May float to intensive care units for a telemetry/medically appropriate assignment, medical surgical units, as well as Renown Regional. - Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
