Shuster's Building Components is considering applicants to join our team. Shuster's is a wholesale interior and exterior door manufacturer that has been serving the building supply industry for over 70 years. We are a family-owned company that conducts business to create the best experience for both our customers and employees, the reasons our reputation in the industry is second to none. Job Summary:
On-site position to work and assist in all aspects of inside sales and customer service. Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Use company software to
- Enter orders efficiently and correctly
- Provide customer quotes
- Engaging with clients to
- Understand their needs
- Provide product information
- Answer questions
- Update status of in-house orders
- Make sure orders are completed to their satisfaction.
Compensation and benefits:

- An industry standard hourly wage structure is supplemented with a monthly bonus structure that is based on monthly profitability.
