An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated BCBA eager to make a meaningful difference in elementary education. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to fill a new maternity leave coverage position, working across three elementary school sites. This contract role provides the chance to become an integral support for students and staff, with the potential for extension beyond the winter holiday. Qualifications & Skills:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience working in school settings and/or with elementary-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication, consultation, and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel between three different elementary school sites
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and data-driven practice

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Train, consult, and model strategies for teachers and school staff
• Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure best practices in supporting students
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, maintaining thorough documentation
• Foster positive school climates and provide crisis support when necessary

This contract offers highly competitive hourly compensation, thoughtfully aligned to your experience—ranging from $55 to $60 per hour.
