Regional Service Manager - West Region

The Regional Service Manager for the West Region provides leadership and vision, including long and short term service planning, development of the annual service financial plan, the development, mentoring, and leadership of key service personnel in support of service objectives. This role will also focus on driving growth activity to meet annual plan quotas focused on operating income, revenue, turnkey gross margin, and maintenance agreements. Location: Hybrid role to include travel to District offices, onsite with customers and remote. Must be based within the West Region, ideally in one of the following areas: Denver, Las Vegas, San Francisco, or Seattle. Your Responsibilities: Drive annual sales & profit forecast in accordance with growth plan for respective areas. Establish operating budgets for service operations. Interface with internal and external business partners, including, Manufacturer’s Reps, Equipment Sales Managers, National Accounts team, Solutions team to ensure sales objectives are communicated and achieved. Develop ongoing strategy for operational excellence and growth. Display passion and optimism. Inspire respect and trust from team and mobilize others to meet goals. Manage Field Service District leadership to ensure sales, gross margin and customer satisfaction goals are achieved and company financial targets are met. Evaluate current area service resources (geographic locations, competition in the market) to determine and establish strategic initiatives. Determine the need for joint ventures, service alliance partnerships or the need to open, close or relocate offices. Provide communication to support teams relative to market/industry trends in relationship to price, product needs, quality as well as training and compensation. Develop workable implementation plans for strategic initiatives and communicate changes effectively. Monitor transition and evaluate results. Role supports the West Region with offices in CA, CO, NV, WA, & BC. Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 6+ years of related sales experience in the commercial HVAC Industry Ability to travel 50% of the time or as needed Prior sales leadership is strongly preferred Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Your Benefits - Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Non-decaled company vehicle with most expenses paid Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributions Company provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage, and voluntary accident coverage Short term and long-term disability 88 hours company paid holiday 120 hours of paid time off for new employees. The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 - $250,000. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan.
