Corporate AR/ AP Specialist

Job Overview The Amenity Collective is North America’s leading provider of single‑source solutions across the aquatics, fitness, and recreation industries. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Vendor Communication Inbox Management: Manage AP email groups, serving as the first point of contact for all vendor inquiries and correspondence. Invoice Retrieval & Prep: Proactively retrieve invoices from vendor portals and email groups; prepare and organize documentation for entry by Blue Pineapple. Digital Filing: Load supplier invoices and receipts to Google Drive for Blue Pineapple processing. Vendor Relations: Research and resolve payment discrepancies and manage initial vendor setup/onboarding within Workday. Settlement Runs & Financial Cycles: Execute weekly settlement runs for four entities, including printing and mailing of checks. Tax Compliance: Manage the annual 1099 generation and mailing process. Accounts Receivable & Revenue Support: Manage customer invoicing, handle intercompany chargeback invoices, process credit card payments, and record customer deposits in Workday. External Team Coordination & Workflow Oversight: Monitor and manage the daily workload for Blue Pineapple to ensure all supplier invoices are entered accurately and deadlines are met. Required Qualifications One to three years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and Google (Sheets/Docs, etc). Excellent written communication skills for managing high‑volume email aliases and vendor relations. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with Workday. Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Schedule Requirements Full‑time position with standard hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
