This full-time assignment, running the entire 2026-27 academic year, is based near Decatur, just a short drive south of Atlanta. Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Georgia Occupational Therapy license required
• Preferred background in pediatric or school-based therapy; home health or other healthcare OT experience also valuable
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations from PreK through high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Ability to adapt to the unique challenges facing school-aged youth

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans for students as assigned
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Conduct assessments and IEP participation for students requiring occupational therapy interventions
• Monitor, track, and report on student outcomes and progress toward established goals
• Serve as a resource to school staff regarding strategies and accommodations
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district policies
