Learning & Development Partner

Responsibilities Facilitate and support the implementation of global People & Culture learning programs across the region Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and support local development initiatives Adapt and deliver learning content to meet regional and business-specific needs Contribute to the design, coordination, and administration of learning programs and initiatives Assist with project management and rollout of global L&D initiatives Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure compliance training meets local requirements Support broader People Development initiatives, including talent development and engagement efforts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or related field 4–6 years of experience within Learning & Development functions Experience facilitating training programs and supporting development initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning tools Ability to balance execution with contributing ideas to program improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
