Overview

BlueSprig has a BCBA  Clinical Director job opening in Fort Smith, AR . As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst - CD, you’ll develop and lead a team of behavior technicians and clinical supervisors, influence the direction of the center, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored high quality ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation up to: $118,000

• Annual Salary: $95,000 - $100,000

• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) 

• Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000(depending on start date and location)

What You’ll Own  

• Clinical quality and outcomes across all client programs in the center to ensure quality and effective services 

• Oversight of assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation 

• Final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submission 

• Clinical performance and operational metrics and ongoing program improvement
