As a Senior Staff Software Engineer on the Enterprise Applications team, you will play a critical role delivering end‑to‑end applications that power our business and empower our employees with truly assistive technologies. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, designing critical software systems, raising the bar on engineering excellence, mentoring junior engineers, and tackling the most challenging technical issues facing the team. You will be the technical leader for a team of software engineers. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range.
